Losing Progress of Lives and Levels Upon Reloading Facebook

Just lately, every time I reload my game, I get the dreaded Terms of Use page which usually means my extra lives are gone. I continue to lose lives every single time I reload, which makes me not want to reload even if the game isn't responding. And, when I ask for lives, none show up. I'm down to 5 lives. I had to change my password because Facebook is a cesspool of password thieves. I'm still having problems though.
Just today, I lost 2 levels I already completed after I reloaded the page because I was getting the spinning wheel after I finish a game, which means it's not connecting correctly. When I reloaded, I was back 2 levels. I don't know what is happening. I need King to intervene and fix my progress. I solved level 6228, only to find that when I reloaded I was offered 6227 again. I've already solved it!
