Couldn't connect to internet

Hi candy support team.

It's been a while that I couldn't play as it was. When I try to link to my king account, although I'm online, it rans to this error:

"You're offline, connect to Internet and try again"

And also the shop part and events are empty. I'm in level 9879

Please help me
