@Boybinary Yup we did shot.I guess King does have someone checking the feed. Is that right @QueenB .no worries I don't expect you to answer.
@Boybinary, @cookiemae as long as you don't give away your secrets I don't think it matters if you say you like something or not. We players always like the same sort of things. The creators know and watch what we like. So, I think that they play mind games with us and one or more of them has a wicked sense of humor. Hehe!
Haha
Guys, really, King do not make changes to our games because of what we write! They base their changes on algorithms in the games, test groups they run in the game and on the results of these. It's all game based. They have computers to work out that players at the top of the map use the endlessly recurring gold chocolate box reward to gain gold. Our details of gold balance, level etc are linked to our player IDs and are all whizzing around in King's computers at King's servers, being churned over and over to make changes to the game. They don't have time or staff to check our posts! AI sift through suspicious posts using certain words. Occasionally QueenB checks up on posts tagging her or unanswered posts from newbies and posts that the AI flagged up, that's all.
I have a nice anecdote to mention now that it's a year and a half ago: August 2023 in fact, when a player reported a useful cheat at a weekend, thinking it would help others. You can still find that post if you search pretty hard, and I can write about it now because it has since been fixed. That day two of us spotted it and immediately replied to try to get the person to delete their post, but they never came back to do so. In the end myself and another player worked tirelessly all weekend answering pointless other posts so that this particular cheating post got moved to page 4 or 5 by Monday. We succeeded and in fact the glitch remained in the game until another one-time-poster actually complained about it and wrote that it made the game too easy! QueenB did spot that one and hence had no choice but to report the glitch to King, which was removed within two days. But that was well over a year later. Those were happy memories and hopefully I can share this now without being thrown out of the community (If I were, would I care??).
Removing cheats, yes they will pick up on such things, but making changes to go-to-levels or events that is not something we should ever blame ourselves for. I totally agree with @Scooterpie on this. King use in game statistics and maybe a few brainstorming meetings to come up with new ideas to earn more revenue, but judging by the changes made lately and the way the algorithms are getting more and more simplified, there are few humans left at King. The company is probably mostly run by AI now.
@christinewupp lol you're right. I really got paranoid there for a minute.
@cookiemae no need for that! Play your way and have fun with the new levels and all that you can within the game. Gotz to beat the game, gotz to try anyway…
