My summary and feedback for issues

I started play in about 2013 and played 11 years, and I am newbie to this forum. But I found some issues in this game, here is my summary.

1.Some hard levels has less moves (like 16-24 moves), and many players can't complete hard levels in one time (especially Super Hard and Legendary). It needs more moves to play, and the best solution is 40-50 moves.

2.I play this game on Facebook PC website (note that I'm living in the mainland China, I can't download mobile edition for my smartphone due to policies, so I can play this game via VPN on PC only), but the interface is too small like a phone. Also I preferred the older one BGM, because the new BGM is unaccustomed.

3.The "Daily win" gift is “severe shrinkage”: I got the "Daily win" gift today, but I found that the unlimited "Party Scooter" can use in 5 minutes only, but you can use in 10 minutes in previous weeks. Why didn't King tell us? I have the last "Chocolate box" task to complete it, then I can win 40 gold bars. But this "Daily win" reward is changed, I was totally deceived! I hope the unlimited "Party Scooter" should extend the time!

For purchase issues: because I play this game on Facebook PC website, so I use Facebook payment on this platform. Previously I always buy gold bars via Alipay in China, but I can't buy this after Facebook updated its payment system. So my possible solution is buying Google Play card in Hong Kong stores (it is available in Hong Kong), then go to one Mobile shop to use demo phone, sign in my Google account to redeem and download this game, then connect to my FB account, and then buy gold bars. I hope you can understand.

I hope King can listen to player's voice to improve this game. As a MSFT member company, I hope this game is better!!

What you describe isn't an issue with the game, but a deliberate design tactic by King. King change the number of moves available for a level just about on a monthly basis. They tell us it is because they continually monitor every level of the game and adjust the moves if they decide too many people are finding levels to easy.

The game isn't meant to be easy for those that do not spend any money on their game, so they will never increase the number of moves available for every level to make it easy for everyone to complete them.

The small game screen is an issue for a lot of people and is caused by the locked portrait orientation. People have been complaining about this since Dec 2022 and it is plain that King have no intention of changing.

Free is free. Whether you receive five minutes or ten it hasn't cost you anything other than the time taken to play the game.

As a free gift King are under no obligation to tell you when they make minor changes to their offering. This is no different to the Episode Race reward being reduced form 45 gold bars down to 30. Personally I would be more worried about why they think they have to provide an unlimited Party Booster as a reward. I think it says a lot about where the game is heading.

The only time it would be applicable for King to tell you if a timed booster had changed is if your were buying them.
