Yesterday i finished 45 level from last update and i reach 18030 , today i restore my computer from windows platform via stability issues ,when i was update candy crush crush from Microsoft Store I noticed all yesterday progress disappeared .The game started from 19776 not for 18030
This thing is happening for the first time i lose 60 whole levels ,i test it for second time.
I started from 19776 and i pass only 1 level then i restore my pc from windows platform , i update the candy crush from store again and the progress (I lever) disappear for second time . It is not possible anymore for someone to uninstall the game or need to restore his computer via windows platform , it will lose latest progress he made.
King your last update its sucks , fix this serious problem it's impossible to play this game under these conditions.
I mailed to King and tells me silly excuses , as you can see in avatar picture my number is 18000 but the level stills 17976 lolol .
King save your boosters i dont want them , i m done with this crap …I Delete candy crush from pc and out…
12/6/2024 @ 12:37 pm EST. If King.com doesn’t fix this glitch, I m quitting too. This morning I played on my iPhone and completed level 17990. Then I went on my IPad to see if my game had synced, but evidently it wanted me to start at level 17976 which I already completed. What a bunch of crap.
I have the same problem as i passed level 17990 by phone, but no progress made on my ipad and my other phones which are still in level 17976. Pls tell me what to do to gain my progress on all devices.
There is a problem with syncing that a lot of players seem to be facing right now. My Windows app for Candy Crush shows my correct progress with Level 18058 my next level to be played. My mobile and Facebook browsers are behind showing Level 17976 as my next level to be played. My Windows app is correct so I am going to play on it and take screenshots so I can prove my progress. This should get straightened out as it has happened before. Right now, I believe the matter is out of our control… Do not think we can do anything but wait…

I believe this is a glitch that many players that are at the top of the game map have been experiencing!
I have escalated this issue to our Community In-charge, for them to report the issue to the game Studio.

Hi @PummyRaj You can add me to the list of players whose games won't synch. I abandoned my recent test game to now use the old iPad for new levels at the top of the map. I played the final episode on the iPad instead of the iPhone, but now the iPhone won't show those levels as having been completed. Level 17976 blinks on the iPhone, on and off as if it is trying to synch but failing. The two devices seem to be half synched, as the golden crowns show up but I can't access the levels I passed on the iPad. Oddly though I can play the Star Tournament.
