HELP! Several Issues Since Community King Fixed My Account

Hello! Really need some help here! A few weeks ago I wrote in that I could not launch Candy Crush on my Surface Device, only my iphone. It kept "hanging" and wouldn't load for several days. Then it was fixed after I wrote in. Now though, FOUR issues are occurring. 1) I lost all my lives, I had 70+, 2) I get no Daily Boosters as I used to, 3) My Season pass was most of the way through and it just Poof! disappeared (and time had not run out) and the most bothersome issue is that when I win several levels, the boosters no longer carryover. In other words, when I get to the next level, the Color Bombs don't carry over, nor do any other boosters, so I'm NO LONGER ABLE to get Double Color Bombs. I'm on level 17,000+ so I'm more than familiar with what should be happening. COMMUNITY KING CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS? Thanks a lot….
