Level 3
We can't get compensation for YOUR screw ups…. go to contact support and nothing is done. Then the games are becoming ridiculous. The "special" at the end, like 13370, unlock the ice dragons…..after several tries, like 10 lives, no closer. AGAIN had to pay extra gold bricks and it still took 30 more moves than you gave. THIS IS NASTY. A CON. Please do better. We loved the game to start, got addicted. NOW it is all about the greed of KING GAMES. At least be FAIR. So many of the games are literally impossible even after enough tries to get to 235 extra moves. THEN YOU PAY THE 10 GOLD BRICKS AND voila….all that was needed just suddenly drops. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIGGING THE GAME.😡. And compensate when you screw up.
Hello @Judy_Cardamone you have posted your comment in the Support board, but to be honest I am struggling to understand what your question is. I can see that you have a lot of issues with the game, but I can't see a direct question in your post that can be answered.

What 'screw ups' in particular are you referring to and what compensation are you after?
King will not compensate you if all you are losing is free items. If you spend money on the game and have an issue that costs you money then they will compensate you.

Unfortunately this has been part of the game for years. A lot of levels are designed such that they can only be completed when you buy extra moves. The trick is to recognise which levels require ten gold bars to complete and which can be completed with pre-game boosters. You have the extra difficulty of having completed so many levels. I have read other posts that say they have still needed a lollipop (or two) to complete a level even after using extra moves. I am not sure 'con' is the right word, but I totally understand why you might think this way.
