Bug in the game

I wanted to purchase an extra move because I ran out, but despite having a strong internet connection (both Wi-Fi and data), I couldn't click on the purchase option. This caused my winning streak to end, and I am so disappointed. This has been happening to me multiple times already. I even recorded a screen video as proof.

This has happened to so many players we have lost count @Timz17 ! The connection to the app store is often lost despite good internet for whatever reason - a fault at King's end. Unfortunately when this happens even if you contacted Player Support they would be unable to reinstate a win streak, so I would not bother with that. It's worse for players who were playing Candy Royale at the time!

I seldom have connection problems myself, only when I travel, and I have found that when we reload the game if there is any doubt about our connection this is quite a tricky one to spot! The only real method of making sure I have connection to the app store is to go into our inventory and click on any booster there to check if the game allows us to purchase any. We don't have buy any, we just try to see if the pay with gold option comes up. If the option comes up I find it is then safe to carry on playing and know that if I had to pay gold for extra moves the game will allow that as well. You might like to just try this if you experience lots of connection problems.
