I don’t know why I am having no luck getting past game 11695 I can’t even get any help as far as bonus gifts to win .. I have been on this game for a while but I am really struggling and I am getting very frustrated. I cannot buy any help. Please help me

I also would like to know why my iPad and my phone aren’t synced together. I this used to be my favorite game but I have been having issues for some time
