transaction failed

Hi,

I purchased 10 gold, but something went wrong and I got a notification that the transaction failed and then it said no money was taken from my account.

but when I checked my bank account, I did saw that transaction and 1,99 was taken from my account. so can i get those 10 gold bars added to my account please?
