Depends on what you mean olaolayemisi. If you mean will they monetise the game by providing cash rewards then no. 250000000 players is too many to think about rewarding even some of them with money. If you want to play for money then Candy Crush isn't the game for you.
If you mean will King monetise the game in some other way then maybe yes. King already monetise the game by charging you to buy booster packages.
