Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. While you can't directly chat in Candy Crush, you can still connect with friends. You can see their progress, compete for high scores, and even send lives to each other. It's all about helping each other out and staying connected through the game's social features

King don't want us to chat with each other in the game as that would be a way to share tips and even ways to cheat and that would take their control away from them. King prefer to keep tight control over our games.
Do come and join us over in the Discussions forum in this community though, as we do share lots of interesting facts and strategies of the game.
