I played and passed 8 levels straight at Candy Royale and won 500 gold bars. This happened today 09 Dec, 2024 at 12:06PM GMT+2. The game froze and did not allow me to claim my wins. Then it bugged and as soon as I re opened the app, cand royale and all my 500 coins were gone, and had not credited to my account. I tried to contact customer service and was assisted by Ana, who sounded more like a bot to me.
Thank you for getting back to me Ana from candy Crush Customer service team, except there is one problem: You have not addressed my query at all. You just sent me some type of canned response or template without understanding my request! Here is what I am asking for: I won 500 gold coins at Candy royal with the party boosters I bought with my own money! Kindly help me credit them.Please credit my 500 gold coins won at Candy Royale as the game bugged, and when I launched it again,I was not able to. Do not send me any automated response, please address my query for a change. See a screenshot of my screen as proof attached.
As any other player experience that ? I am in Johannesburg.
