1. Use Your King Account

If you previously connected your Candy Crush Saga to a King account:

• Open Candy Crush Saga.
• Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol).
• Look for the option to sign in with your King account.
• Enter your King account credentials.

This will restore your progress if you synced it with King before.

2. Contact King Support

If you didn’t use a King account:

• Go to the Settings menu in Candy Crush.
• Tap Help Center or visit the King Support website.
• Choose the option for "Lost progress."
• Fill in the required details, including:
  • Your old Facebook account details (if you remember them).
  • Your Candy Crush username or the email associated with the game.

If you have saved the games on one Facebook and want top open a new account, that new account will start all your games on level 1.

The games cannot be transferred or synced between different Facebook accounts.

What you can do is to open the games on the new Facebook account and then contact Player Support and ask them to put you on the same level in the games you play. Please note that no Gold Bars, Boosters or level scores will be transferred. You will only be on the same level.
