My chocolate box has been frozen for weeks. How do I “thaw” it out?

    Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do for this issue but, report the issue to the Player Support team!

    Since you are using an iPhone, please follow these steps⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Go down to the "Events" in the Help Center and click on it;
    • Look for Chocolate Box and click on it;
    • Check if the "frozen chocolate box" issue is listed there. If there is, please read the suggestions on what to do;
    • If the issue is not listed there, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • A form will open. Fill it out and submit it.

    It is a norm to receive an automated email as initial response from them. Please send a reply to that email and wait for an agent to contact you. If you haven't heard back from anybody after 48 hours, please send a reminder email and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance.

    One note: Contacting the Player Support team is a delayed process! Please don't give up and be persistent!
