Same! I sent a request in the help section, they responded by giving me boosters & gold, but I am still on that level and can't get past it. I replied to their email with a screenshot.. fingers crossed.

Yeah, also stuck on that level because of that issue. I emailed support and they said to ask community.
I got the same problem over here. The final 3 dragons did not drop. Spent over 30 gold hoping for a difference in the next moves but I just noticed this is a BUG. Thank You Candy Crush. Can I get my gold back? I lost my winstreak also.
I am having the same issue as well. I can get two of the dragons to drop but the final 3 do not release.
Also unable to complete hope it's sorted soon

I just tried the level and used all 5 lives! You are right! There is a glitch in the level as 3 Gummy Dragons are not dropping out!!

Why when i am trying to log in it says iâm offline to connect to internet but im connected. I canât use any coins or extend games. Donât want to lose my couns
I had already collected 5 stamps from previous days. Today, I completed a level that should have qualified for an additional stamp.
