yes, still having this issue on Dec 12. There goes my chance to win 250 gold as time will run out before the glitch gets fixed

Same! I sent a request in the help section, they responded by giving me boosters & gold, but I am still on that level and can't get past it. I replied to their email with a screenshot.. fingers crossed.
Also having this issue. Very frustrating. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Yeah, also stuck on that level because of that issue. I emailed support and they said to ask community.
I got the same problem over here. The final 3 dragons did not drop. Spent over 30 gold hoping for a difference in the next moves but I just noticed this is a BUG. Thank You Candy Crush. Can I get my gold back? I lost my winstreak also.
I am having the same issue as well. I can get two of the dragons to drop but the final 3 do not release.
Also unable to complete hope it's sorted soon

Our Community In-charge informed that the level was reported to the Game Studio. Please wait till tomorrow to receive any updates as they will be closing their work soon (King is located overseas)!

O nível só libera 2 dragões dos 5.
Já fiz várias tentativas e não libera os 3 restantes.

I just tried the level and used all 5 lives! You are right! There is a glitch in the level as 3 Gummy Dragons are not dropping out!!
I will report this issue to our Community In-charge👍
