I had 28 moves left but it showed that i have failed the level

I had a winning streak of 87 levels and I don’t know what this glitch was, I have lost it now. And I don’t wish to play any level now :( this is so unfair! Can anyone help me with this!

Normally, there is only one possible first move on this board, making the wrapped+striped match. However, having a booster on your starting board would open up the possibility of making a different first move.

Your screenshot shows that the wrap and stripe have fallen down, suggesting that you used a different move than the standard opening move. It's likely that you had a color bomb on the top row and matched it with a blue special candy. That would indeed break the level and lead to the error message in your screenshot. Next time, please start the level with the wrapped+striped combo opening move.

This doesn't seem like a glitch to me, as it's possible to predict that making the color bomb + blue special first move will block the board, even though it's not straightforward.
