I am not receiving emails from King

I have deleted candy crush by mistake and am trying to login, but as I have forgotten my candy crush account password, I am trying to change it but king is not sending emails for recovery or changing my password. What can I do to fix this? My user id is 8221564959 and I am on level 9823 and my accounts name is Star Player.
