Syncing my iPad and iPhone progress

I am on level 18021 on mi I phone and I’m trying to sync to my I pad and it’s not showing the same level 17976 it is showing and I had 200 lives and it is not showing those it was synced and no longer is I have logged out several times,re logged in and won’t sync it does show my gold bars which is 586 on both but I lost all of my helping like hammer disc hand cone please advise thanks

It's not possible for us to synch our games. We are all in the same boat as you, the fault lies at King's end. They need to fix it and we are all still waiting for it.
