Glitches with Candy Royale

Question

I was in Tier 2, around 25/100 & it bounced me out even though I had not lost the level, I cleared it on first try. Now it’s knocked me back to Tier 1 & if you’ll see, I have spent quite abit buying bars, etc. so if my game is not restored, I’ll be filing a formal complaint

These kinds of glitches happen all the time, I have read hundreds of complaints similar to yours. There is no point filing a formal complaint (who with exactly?). King will send you a sweet automated reply but you can't reach any real people at King. I strongly advise you to not spend any more money on the game, that is the only thing we players can do.
