to 17976 and not going to 18001

The level banners were removed from the game sometime early of this year! That is the reason, you do not have the banner anymore!
My banner disappeared after reaching 17000 and now I'm past level 18000 and still no banner.

Congratulations on reaching the highest milestone of the game 🎉🎉
There is a glitch in the game right now and some other players that crossed 18000th level are also experiencing this same glitch and are stuck on 17976.
This issue was reports and the game Studio is working on it. Hopefully, you will see the fox this week🤞

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
