Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game - make and model of your device? Also, which version of the game App do you have right now?
Sometimes, when games crash, we are automatically logged out of the App (not sure why)! Did you make sure that you are logged into the game? If not, can you please check?

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game, play any level and the levels should reload in your game.
If the Levels still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
