I was on level 18020 and yesteday for the 3rd time it was reset to level 17976 again! I contacted support and was sent an e-mail from Rami saying she had reset my account to the correct level 18020 but when I got on this morning I and once again at level 17976 which I played and completed as well as the next 2 levels and now I am on level 17979. How can this happen? I have the 18000 banner.

This is not an issue on your side, but the game itself!
There are other players who are experiencing this same issue. It was reported to the Game Studio and they are working on a fix. Please keep an eye on ποΈTHIS ThreadποΈ for updates on this issue.
Note: Please do not reinstall the game App as it does not resolve the issue!
