Any suggestions on passing this difficult level 1715..

This is probably one of the special snowstorm levels for you as it is an end of episode level? I don't have this event so my level 1715 is different and easy to pass and I cannot know for sure how to advise you. Try to create special candies and then combos of special candies, such as wrap/stripe or colour bomb/wrap combos. This method usually passes any level that the game will allow us to pass. If you don't get these chances you are on a "fail" path set out by Candy Crush and King want you to spend gold bars to get past the level.

I changed my phone and downloaded it again. By the way, I have a record of breaking more than 18000 editions, but it keeps going back to 12000 editions. It's so hard to scroll through more than 6000 every time I play.
