A network error has been displayed for days, even though the tablet is connected to the Internet. What can I do?

I can play the game, but only in offline modus, it is not possible to send you a screenshot, the button does not work. The same problem with the offline modus I have with saga and farm heros. Only bubble witch2 works correctly. Any news from your side about the problem?
I think I have the same problem and from what I have read in the community, there are many of us. I'm sorry to say I have no idea what you can do, I have tried logging out, restart, switch off and on again the internet connection, empty cache, restart the phone, all I can think of. I think this is a technical error within the game and they have to fix it somehow

Unable to purchase
