After purchasing the Candy Crush Saga game, booster ads do not appear. What can I do to fix this?

Just like christine basically already summarized, the video adverts feature, as well as other similar special events, is designed to be a bonus feature in the game. These features are not meant to be available permanently, rather they are introduced periodically or seasonally. This design allows us to keep the game fresh and exciting by offering different experiences and rewards at various times.
If you ever miss a particular feature, keep an eye out for updates and announcements within the game. The team often introduce these features during special events, so there's a chance they will return in the future.

There is nothing you or any of us can to to fix this: Not every player gets ads in their games. Some players get ads, some don't and there is nothing anyone can do to bring them into their game. The only thing that will make it more likely you will get them is to not spend any money because anyone who spends money will definitely NOT get to see ads. But apart from that it's just a matter of luck I'm afraid.
