I have reinstalled the game several times and still unable to connect to the App Store in Candy Crush to get more lives or boosters
My device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Model SM-T810. Latest software update for Samsung Galaxy tablet is shown in the second screenshot.
Using Candy Crush Saga version 1.293.1.1
Experiencing the issue since Thursday Dec 12 2024. I am not trying to purchase gold bars. Just need it for extra boosters or lives at end of the game.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game - the make and model?
Which version of the App do you have right now and how long have you been experiencing this issue?
Are you trying to use your Gold Bars or purchase the Gold bars/package? Do you see any error message? If so, can you show me a screenshot of it?
