Can you please tell me which device you are using? And, which version of the App do you have right now? Do you remember when the issue started?
Are you trying to use your Gold Bars or buy a package from the store? Do you see any error message? If so, can you post a screenshot of it?

Hi, I have purchased rewards. Ever since you stopped me to get free rewards by watching adds. That is not fair. instead of supporting customer to to buy rewords you stop them to use free rewards by watching adds. If I don’t get the free rewords I will stop plying and remove the app. Thanks
