Extra small offer items not appear

Hello everyone i have 2 phone one is iphone and other android i played game on android but my google pay account not link with android so when ingame offer appear i send purchase link to my wife phone android and she bought the items but items not appear in my game although i see budget and purchase history it show i purchase items so where is those items goes its been more than 24 hours still not a single items appear

Per my knowledge and experience, items reach on the device we purchased them on!

Does your wife also play Candy Crush Saga? When you sent the link to your wife's phone, did she kept your game open on her phone? Are you saying the items did not reach your wife's phone too?
