    UPDATE!

    We are aware that some of you are experiencing connection issues in your games, trouble logging in or errors when trying to connect to the Store.

    Rest assured, our team is already investigating and working hard to find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

    In the meantime, do not delete the game app and use your King account to help keep your game Progress saved!

    We’ll share updates here in the Community as soon as we have more information 🫡

    This is not the only thread in this forum about this issue @CEG-2 . There are many new posts about connection errors on a daily basis in the Support Forum (check the ? icon in the green circle at the top of this page). Connection issues have been ongoing for months and come and go in this game for some users and the reasons do seem to be complex with King struggling to fix it.

    Please fix this connection error...costing us so. Much ....am using a samsung android and my internet is stable

    Since the last update I cannot continue the game using my coins as payment for extra moves etc. all I get is a searching/busy circle with cannot connect to App Store.

    Yes I do have over 20 bars.

    The same happens with Candy Crush Soda. Any ideas please?

    I’ve removed the app and reinstalled it with no joy. I am using IOS 18.2.
