Says I'm offline

I can't get boosters or rewards because it says I'm offline. I tried updating the app and clearing the cache. Both things didn't work. I then tried to create an account so I can save my data and uninstall the game then reinstall it but that also tells me I'm offline when trying to make an account. Someone please help

The same thing is happening to me and idk what to do

Here are the pictures of what it's showing me. I am using a Samsung tablet and haven't had this issue for 5 years. I do not have an account but yesterday I tried making one and it kept saying I'm offline, you can see the message it sent me when I tried making an account

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Did you log into the game through Facebook or King account?

It looks like you see an error message! Can you please take a screenshot of that error message and post it here?

Does it say "you are offline" - when you try to make purchases or trying to collect boosters & rewards from various features?

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
I lost win streak because add stuck.Can you help me to recover that?I had 3000+ win streak.

Why can't I receive lives from My friend

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
