Which device are you using to play the game? Are you logged into the game through Facebook or King account?
Are you experiencing this issue when you try to make a purchase or to log into the game?
Do you see any error message that says there is connection issue? If so, can you post a screenshot of it?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
