Moi aussi je vien de rencontrer depuis hier le 9 octobre 2025 que j'ai dû désinstaller l'application vu qu'il big bcp et quand j'ai voulu me reconnecter pu capable avec Facebook et ni avec le compte king quand j'essaye de me connecter avec Facebook sa me dit que mon mot de passe est incorrect mais pourtant je viens d'essayer mon mot de passe sur Facebook tout fonctionne mais pas sur l'application du jeu candy crush saga et pourtant avant de le désinstaller je jouais à toute les jours même je suis rendu au Level 9018 … alors svp aider moi j'ai même autoriser la connection sur Facebook et rien y fais

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
