Starting from December 7th, I am receiving a "network error" message. Moreover I am not receiving bonuses. In addition, The Bubble Gum Troll is causing problems in game. Try again later. How do I get all this fixed? Thank you!

    Just for my clarification, are you playing Candy Crush Saga or a different game?


    If you are playing Candy Crush Saga, which device are you using to play the game?

    Are you logged into the game through Facebook or King account?

    Are you receiving "network error" message when you are logging into the game or when collecting rewards from a feature or while trying to make a purchase? When you see that error message next time, can you take a screenshot and post it here?

    Hello PummyRaj,

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I confirm I am playing Candy Crush Saga. I am logged into the game through the King account. Now, regarding the device I sometimes use a Lenovo tablet (LenovoPad TB-X103F with Android version 6.0.1) and sometimes an ASUS cellphone (ASUS_X008DC with Android version 7.0). I am receiving a "network error" message when collecting rewards from a feature. Moreover I lost all my 8830 game levels. I would appreciate if these issues can be addressed.
