I have a new phone (same phone #) and I want to transfer my game progress for both Candy Crush Saga and Soda. I can't sign in to my account because I don't remember my password. And I can't change my password because the email address I used is with my old internet provider, so I no longer have access to it. And of course I can't request help through the app, because they send a response to the email on file, which is defunct. I cannot find the option to save to Facebook anywhere in Settings for either game. I even downloaded the Facebook app to my old phone and had the app open to see if that would trigger the appearance of the button somewhere in Settings, but it didn't work. So how do I contact Tech Support? Do I download the games on the new phone, create new accounts, then go thru settings for Tech Support? Would they be able to link the old accounts with the new ones by using any other information, like my phone number, each game's user ID, the public name I used, and/or the email address I used for each app?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Since you do not have access to the account you have used to save your game, the best option would be - to create a new email and password and send a complaint to the King Player Support team to "transfer" your game progress. You will have to send separate complaints for both the games.
Whether you follow this procedure on your old phone or new phone - it is up to you!
