hey, so I want to delete my Facebook profile but I don't want to lose my progress. help?
Having the same issue. I've always played connected to Facebook, on my computer or on the apps on my Android phone. I want to get rid of my FB account but not start over with Candy Crush and Farm Heroes. I've followed the instructions to create an account with my email from within the app on my phone (after logging out of FB), and the account is created, but starts at level 1. I don't see any way to sync the accounts or move the progress over. If anyone can help that would be great, otherwise I guess I'm losing my progress (over 5000 levels). :(
Tagging this post as I have the same issue. I want to remove Facebook and move progress and sync to a King account. I'm on Android and have previously synced via Facebook login.
When in the game I log out, it resets me back to level 1.
I've gone into Facebook and removed CC from the "Apps and Websites" portion of FB. When I go back into CC and look at my account, my options are to "Log Out" or "Reconnect Facebook account". logging out resets my progress to level 1.
I did create a King account, it resets me back to level 1 and doesn't sync.
I have contacted support several times, they literally keep sending me a link to this community and never address any of my questions directly.
Any help is appreciated.

If you need to remove your Facebook account, then the best option is to save the game with King account.
Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, let me know if you need help with creating a King account.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
