Every time there's an update I lose all my gifts and extra lives. I have to start from scratch with no gift lives from friends and no boosters that I've collected. Happens every single time. I maintain over 150 extra lives and at least 10 boosters of every type….and poof…update and they're all gone. I'm back to zero for everything. Very frustrating.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your lives following the recent update. Sometimes updates can disrupt the saved data. Could you please try restarting your device and checking again?
I've done that multiple times and it doesn't restore any of my bosters, lives, or saved items. It knocks me out of the games I'm in (and winning) and forces me to start from ground zero at the higher level games.
I have a Dell Inspiron. That's not the issue. My husband and I are computer engineers and programmers. The issue is with your application. With the updates to your application or the patches you add, you delete some of the saved items in the currently running games. This is an issue accross the board with many of your games—I've seen it multiple times in multiple games you run. It's a programming issue, nothing to do with my computer, the available space, the speed of my system, the amount of RAM, or any other "technical" item you can come up with. It's a code/program issue.
Thanks for reading—I'm guessing you don't employ anyone that can write updates without losing integrity in current games. Oh well.
