Hi i am using huawei y72 and ever since i bought this phone,downloaded the game and logged into my account to recover my progress i cant using shop nd get option of extra moves,may you kindly assist me.

Thanks once again,i did install the game again via Gbox and logged in,i recovered my progress and i now good to go,everything is working well now and now ready crush some candies😜

Your phone is the culprit, I'm afraid. Candy Crush cannot fully support Huawei phones manufactured after 2019 because they don't have access to Google Services due to the US trade ban. Users of newer Huawei devices are unable to access the Play Store, which prevents them from using gold. There are ways to install Google Services on Huawei devices, and some of them may work on your phone. I'm sorry, I don't have any specifics since I don't use Huawei/Android devices.
