Can’t get a internet connection and the internet is on
can log in fine but can't recover gold bars or use them. won't connect to store says no inernet. I'm almost at level 7000 and would like to continue playing. I did stop playing for about a year and when i started again this is what happened. Please help don't want to start over.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!
Are you experiencing issue with logging into the game or with the Candy store while purchasing extra moves and/or boosters? When did the issue start?
If the issue started sometime last week, King games are experiencing some issue since last week! The King team are aware about this and they are working on a fix.
Note: Please do not reinstall your game as it does not help to resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters & lives!

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
when I am out of lives, the game gives me 5 more. After playing just 1 of the 5, the live balance is 0. It happens every time.
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
