Can you please tell me which events were those that you won, but did not receive the prize? You said it happened at least 10 times! Was it just today or has it been happening from a while?
Which device are you using to play the game?
Do you have screenshots of the events that you won?
You will have to contact King Player Support team for the missing rewards. If you can tell me which events those are, I will be able to provide you steps to follow to send your complaint.
