Those who are at the end, what is your strategy to participate in various events? For example, Winter Cup is upon us. Since replaying old levels doesn't yield much, I'm not sure how to advance in Winter Cup.
I think the only events I can still do is to fill up a chocolate box assuming the last step won't be to complete 30 new levels or win ridiculous amount of levels from the first try.
Can't do Friends challenge or Troll challenge either. So do you slow down your roll on purpose not to advance in a game and always leave a few episodes unplayed just in case?
Hello @olyamt Those are good questions.
My personal strategy is this:
While I wait for the new releases I log in most days and play the last level of the game, which will count towards my daily win. I can time it that I get the sixth daily win reward when new levels are available and I can use the timed boosters from it to play as many of the new levels as possible. If there is a competition on, such as the Winter Cup, I try to time it so that I can play all 45 new levels during the competition. The Star Tournament also gives us the 30x multiplier for such events, so it is possible to compete in these leaderboard events even if you play at the end of the map.
I would personally not recommend rolling back and leaving episodes left unplayed. One reason is that King tend to make levels harder to pass as weeks pass, so if you fall back you might find it harder to play the same episodes. However sometimes the episode race disappears for whatever reason near the end of the map and if it does then I do wait to play until it reappears, but otherwise I prefer to play to the end because the last level of each set of 45 new releases always seems to be an easy level to pass and counts as a new level for the daily win each day I log in and often this last easy level is also good to fill up the chocolate boxes.
