Live events will kick out players who change the clock on their devices beyond the finish or start time of that event. There may of course also be glitches that affect players who do not interfere with time, but whatever the reason, if the event is completely gone it won't come back and there is nothing Player Support can do about it.

Die Goldbarren werden jeden Monat auf dein Candy Crush Konto geladen und dies müsste automatisch geschehen. Heute bekommst du erst einmal die Booster. Das Gold erscheint etwas später, in ein paar Tagen vielleicht und dann kommt es jeden Monat automatisch auf dein Spielkonto.

@Chasti39 This is an ongoing myth that higher levels cannot compete with lower ones. Levels 5000-9000 are the ones best placed to win any competition. I have now gathered evidence for this and will post it in a thread soon.

I won last year and we had trouble getting the first 100 bars. It will probably come a few days later (Jan 8-11th), but contact @QueenB if you do not receive them. I and others had to do this several times during the year, if it did not come automatically on the 1st. Congratulations!!!
