Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And, since how long have you been experiencing this issue?

it’s on my iPad I updated yesterday to IOS 18.2 offloaded the game, loaded it again, cleared my cache and the shop won’t connect. I’m on level 4235. I don’t know what to do. I even loaded it on my phone and same thing. I’m wondering if Apple update did something
