Hello, I purchased a new mobile device. I followed the instructions on how to sync game progress and gold bars. The gold bars are updated and correct between the old device and the new one. Game progress though is not updating, 13752 on the old, 12241 on the new. When I open the game on the new device, it opens at level 12241 and I have to scroll up to level 13752 to continue game play. The levels between 12241 and 13752 on the new device show as completed.
I have tried all the suggestions posted to sync the levels so that when I open CC on the new device it opens at level 13752. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you
