I mute Sound Effects and Audio every time i go into CCS. The settings is NOT retained for the subsequent visit(s) and i have to mute again, and again. Please make it permanent.

Can you please tell me which device you are using? If you are still using MacBook (from your previous question), are you playing on Safari?

The same result with Firefox and Safari, the mute settings are NOT saved. 😒
