I noticed that some levels are being lost from the start because of the positioning of the candies; the game has the switching option but it does not keep going until it rearranges the candies in a way that allows you to start playing. It happens when you start a level with the maximum win streak boosters and when the level starts with limited matching options. Anyway this could be fixed (for future levels or future players)? Attached are some examples, this happened multiple times before these.
Well, it could be annoying if this happens while you're participating in some events like Candy Royale and more or if you just purchased some boosters. Thanks for the advice! 😃
That's right. I believe that there must be ways to fix this if this is a glitch, they do block the boosters on some levels or it should be possible to make the switching more flexible. I tried to report it to player support but they did not answer. Thanks for trying to help!
These levels have very limited opening moves and if you have two colour bombs and other boosters from your win streak and starting boosters on your opening board they block the one or two possible opening move, so the game throws you out. It's probably half glitch, half meant to stop players from accumulating a huge win streak. Report it to player support together with your screenshot collection, and maybe King will fix it.
