Problem with add that freez and enables to get reward
hi guys,
This repeating issue drives nuts. Every time I play, at one point, adds are pupping out then freez and it cancels the rewards that i’m suppose to get. And of course it happens when I need it the most. Does anybody have the same problem ?.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Ad videos!
Can you please clarify something for me? Is it a specific Ad (or few) that keeps freezing or is it random Ads? Do these Ads play for a little while and then freeze or they start and then freeze?Also, do you see a black screen when the Ad is frozen?
Which device are you using to play the game?1
