I haven’t been able to play game for 2 days. My screen is froze and grayed out.

It’s frozen on map screen to start a new level. I’ve tried everything but deleting. I don’t want to lose all my stuff.
I play on iPhone 16 pro max. Never had an issue through the years. Game is still frozen.
