Please help me getting my progress back

I have a huge problem. I lost all my progress in Candy Crush Saga. My level was over 6000. Due to a system update on my iPad, I had to delete the game, my iPad has very little storage. I connected with Facebook to secure my progress. After reinstalling Candy Crush Saga, I chose to not use cookies. Doing that, I lost my progress. Please help me getting my progress back, thank you.
